It all started with a zine, or the idea of a series of zines to compile an ever growing collection of new collage work and serve as a guidebook of sorts for the journey through a fictional and experimental universe. Then there were other ideas for photography zines, collaborations with friends and likeminded creatives, and finishing (or in some cases, actually starting) some older, abandoned projects. Scavengers Tooth Press is run by Joseph Paladino and based in Rochester, New York. Maybe you’ve met him at the Bug Jar.
